Period Delay tablets, also known as Norethisterone, are a synthetic version of the hormone progesterone. Each month periods are triggered by a drop in your progesterone levels. What happens If you forget to take your Norethisterone?

Don’t worry if you forget to take a tablet. It happens, just take it as soon as you remember, unless your next dose is approaching. Simply, miss the dose and continue to take the rest of the medication as normal. Whatever you do, do not take a double dose to make up for your missing dose.

Taking Norethisterone with other medications?

Norethisterone tablets are safe and can be taken with other medications such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, and aspirin. Contact your local doctor or pharmacist for more advice if you have any concerns.

Delayed Menstrual Cycle and COVID vaccines

Any long-term delay in the menstrual cycle would most likely not be associated with the vaccine and it would be reasonable to seek medical care for further evaluation.
