Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (97%) (contains Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Natural Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose).
For adults and children over 16 years:
- Mix 27g (approx. 1 scoop) with 250ml of water or milk.
- After shaking, wait for the natural foaming to settle.
- Consume 30 minutes before and/or after exercise.
- Add more or less water to alter the flavour and sweetness intensity, as desired.
