Complaints Procedure

We at The Family Chemist try to ensure we are always delivering a high-quality service and making sure we get it right the first time. However we do understand that we may get it wrong from time to time so if you are unhappy, please contact us using one of our methods. We will aim to acknowledge all complaints within two days of receiving them. After a full investigation we will try to respond within seven days of receipt. We will try providing a response that is above your expectations and you may wish to respond. You can also contact the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) for further advice if we fail to hit the level of service we strive to deliver via https://www.pharmacyregulation.org/.
