I am a nutritionist with an interest in helping people feel comfortable and healthy. I developed my interest in nutrition through my love for sport and rhythmic gymnastics, wanting to learn how to best optimise my nutrition to go alongside my active lifestyle. Furthermore, I want to develop my knowledge in gut health, the gut–brain axis, and habit change to improve my ability to help people reach their health goals in a safe and sustainable way. I continue to develop my knowledge by attending webinars, reading research papers, and keeping up to date with current guidance in nutrition in this ever-evolving world.
