The MyProtein Impact Protein Variety Taster makes it easy to add more protein to your diet. It’s a good choice after a workout or if you just want to support your nutrition. Each serving gives you 23g of quality protein, with only 1.9g of fat, 1.8g of carbs, and 114 calories. This helps you stick to your fitness or weight goals. With this taster , you can try different flavours and then buy your favourites on their own. This makes it simple to find what fits your routine.
Whey protein concentrate (Milk) (≥89%) (contains emulsifiers (soya lecithin, sunflower lecithin)), sweetener (sucralose), and flavourings.

For adults and children over 16 years:
- Mix the 30g sachet with 250-300ml of cold water or milk.
- After shaking, wait for the natural foaming to settle.
- Consume 30 minutes before and/or after exercise.
