- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is operated by The Family Chemist Ltd. Registered in England & Wales company no. 15313203
- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is only available to a United Kingdom resident aged 18 years or over.
- The Family Chemist can cancel, withdraw, or alter the scheme at any time, including changing the terms and conditions of the scheme or changing any individual customer myFamilyChemist rewards accounts.
- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is only valid for UK customers and can only be redeemed on the website: thefamilychemist.co.uk
- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme only applies to the one individual registered on the account.
- The myFamilyChemist points cannot be amalgamated if the customer owns a number of different accounts.
- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and is considered abuse. The Family Chemist reserves the right, at any point, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
- The Family Chemist can, at any point, removing or suspend a myFamilyChemist rewards account if we have reason to believe that the scheme has been abused or the customer has used the scheme against its terms and conditions.
- The Family Chemist will remove myFamilyChemist rewards or points if the account has not been used for more than a year or the account has been closed.
- If we find that you are sharing your referral link with people besides friends and family (ie social media), we have reason to suspend you from our rewards scheme.
- Collecting myFamilyChemist Points
- myFamilyChemist Rewards Scheme provides points which can be used to which can only be used on a future purchase on the thefamilychemist.co.uk website.
- The standard number of points you will collect is one myFamilyChemist point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases. The points will be added to your account at the time you buy products and services included
- in the scheme.
- If you forget to redeem the points to purchase, then you cannot request to manually redeem them by contacting thefamilychemist.co.uk colleague.
- The Family Chemist reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.
Spending myFamilyChemist Points
- One point is worth one penny to spend on products online at thefamilychemist.co.uk. We will not exchange myFamilyChemist points for cash, and the offer is non-transferable.
- Rewards Points must be redeemed against the full value of an eligible order and cannot be used to part-pay or reduce the cost of an order.
- Points cannot be spent on prescription, selected dispensary items, pharmacy services, selected medicines, infant milks, gift card and delivery charges.
- The Family Chemist reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving license when spending points.
- We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for myFamilyChemist points collection and redemption online without notice.
- Spending points may be subject to availability online.
Returning Goods
- Returned products for a refund will deduct their points from your myFamilyChemist rewards account.
- If a product you buy with myFamilyChemist points needs to be returned then we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refunds will be given in these circumstances.
