Taking Control of His Health: George’s 10 Stone Transformation
Meet George Keywood
George Keywood is a British actor and TikTok influencer who has built a large online following by sharing honest moments from his life. In summer 2024, George decided to begin GLP-1 weight-loss treatment to improve his health and wellbeing.

“The experience has been really positive. I started losing weight and noticing improvements in my health.

The impact on his daily life
Over 17 months, George has lost 10 stone while using Mounjaro, alongside making lasting lifestyle changes.
For him, the biggest differences are often the everyday moments that many people take for granted.
“It’s the everyday small things, like I can walk up the stairs more easily, get in and out of the car more comfortably, and fit in a regular aeroplane seat.”
He also feels healthier overall, with noticeable improvements in his general wellbeing.
“I feel more comfortable in my own skin. I feel better overall and my general wellbeing has improved.”
The medication has helped him better control portion sizes while supporting healthier eating habits.
“The medication helps me control how much I’m eating and my portion sizes have reduced significantly. I needed that to help me lose weight.”
One of the most significant health improvements has been reversing a previous diagnosis.
“I used to be prediabetic and now I’m not anymore.”
George believes the lifestyle changes he has developed throughout this journey will stay with him long term.
“The changes are beyond weight loss. The lifestyle changes and habits I have formed have been cemented in me and I will carry that forward into the future.”
Like many treatments, George experienced some side effects during the process.
“I experienced some gastrointestinal side effects and feeling cold sometimes.”
However, these were manageable and did not outweigh the overall benefits he experienced.
George’s advice to others
For anyone considering weight-loss treatment, George encourages patience and consistency.
“The advice I’d give to others is to be patient and consistent with your weight loss journey. It’s takes time and you have to be honest about your lifestyle and be willing to stick at it.”
He also stresses the importance of choosing a trusted and regulated provider.
“Make sure you go to a registered pharmacy or official healthcare provider so everything is safe. You don’t want to be taking risks with your health with the things you are putting into your body.”
