- Referral rewards are only issued once your friend or family member completes their first successful Online Doctor consultation with a total order value of £99 or more, excluding discounts and delivery charges, using your unique referral link.
- Your friend or family member must use your unique referral link at the time of purchase for the referral discount and reward to be tracked.
- Referral links should only be shared privately with friends and family.
- Referral links must not be posted publicly, including on social media, forums, voucher websites, discount websites, or public groups.
- The Family Chemist reserves the right to remove points, refuse referral rewards, or suspend rewards accounts if we believe the referral scheme has been misused.
- Referral rewards are issued as myFamilyChemist Rewards Points and have no cash value.
- Referral rewards and points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Referral points cannot be used towards NHS services, NHS prescriptions, or NHS charges.
- The Family Chemist reserves the right to amend, pause, withdraw, or cancel the referral scheme at any time.
- The £40 referral discount can only be used by your friend or family member on their first successful Online Doctor consultation with a total order value of £99 or more, excluding discounts and delivery charges.
- Referral discounts cannot be used alongside other discount codes, offers, or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Customers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to claim referral rewards. Any suspected self-referrals or misuse may result in referral rewards being refused, removed, or the account being suspended from the rewards scheme.
- Referral rewards are only issued once the referred order has been reviewed, approved where applicable, and completed.
- You can earn a maximum of 10 successful referrals, worth up to £400 in total.

- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is operated by The Family Chemist Ltd. Registered in England & Wales company no. 15313203
- myFamilyChemist rewards scheme is only available to a United Kingdom resident aged 18 years or over.
- Your £40 reward must be used within 90 days of being issued and cannot be redeemed after it expires.
- If an order paid for in whole or in part using referral rewards is cancelled or refunded, any referral rewards used will be returned to your myFamilyChemist Rewards account where eligible. Referral rewards will not be refunded as cash and remain subject to their original expiry date and eligibility requirements.
- Referral rewards can only be redeemed on eligible Online Doctor weight loss services. If you no longer meet the clinical eligibility criteria, your referral rewards cannot be redeemed unless you become eligible again before they expire.
