The e-gift card is sent by email to the recipient address entered above, together with your optional personal message.
When can the gift card be used?
It can be used as soon as the recipient receives the email and remains available until its balance has been spent.
Can the gift card be used more than once?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on a future eligible order.
How can I check the remaining balance?
Use our Gift Card Balance page and enter the 16-digit gift card number from the email.

The Family Chemist eGift Card is a digital gift card that can be used as payment on our website. - Delivery
The eGift Card will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for checking that the email address is correct. - Using the eGift Card
Enter the unique eGift Card code at checkout. The amount used will be deducted from the available balance. - Remaining balance
If the full balance is not used, the remaining amount will stay on the eGift Card and can be used on a future order before it expires.
