How is the eGift Card delivered?

How do I use an eGift Card?

Can I use the eGift Card more than once?
Yes. Any remaining balance can be used on future orders until the balance has been spent or the eGift Card expires.
What happens if my order costs more than the balance?
The gift card balance will be deducted and the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
How do I check the remaining balance?
Use the Gift Card Balance Checker on our website and enter your unique eGift Card code.
Can I use a discount code as well?
Promotional codes may be used where permitted under the relevant promotion’s terms and conditions.
Can an eGift Card be exchanged for cash?
No. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account or used to obtain cashback.
What happens if I receive a refund?
Any amount originally paid using the eGift Card will normally be returned to the same eGift Card.
What should I do if I lose the email?
Contact our customer service team. We may be able to resend the original email after verifying the purchaser’s details. Please treat the eGift Card code like cash. We may not be able to replace a balance that has already been used by someone else.
Can I use more than one eGift Card on the same order?
The number of eGift Cards that can be used in one transaction may depend on the options available at checkout. Where multiple eGift Cards cannot be entered, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Can I cancel or refund an eGift Card?
Once an eGift Card has been issued, it may not be possible to cancel or refund it, particularly if the code has already been used. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an eGift Card was purchased in error.
How will the eGift Card be delivered, and when will it arrive?
The eGift Card will be sent electronically to the email address entered at checkout, usually shortly after the order has been completed. In some cases, the email may take a little longer to arrive. Please check that the recipient’s email address is correct before completing your purchase.
Does the eGift Card have an expiry date?
Yes. The eGift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance must be used before the expiry date.

Discount codes

Expiry
eGift Cards expire 2 years after the date of issue. Any unused balance will be lost after the expiry date.
Cash value
eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account or used to obtain cashback.
Purchasing gift cards
An eGift Card cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.
Cancellations and refunds
Once an eGift Card has been issued or used, it may not be possible to cancel or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for returned or cancelled orders
Where a refund is approved, any amount originally paid using an eGift Card will normally be returned to the original eGift Card or issued as gift card credit. Prescription-only medicines and certain healthcare products cannot normally be returned once supplied unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.
Lost, shared or stolen codes
Please keep the eGift Card code secure. We may not be able to replace or refund an eGift Card that has been lost, shared, stolen or used without permission.
Fraud and misuse
We may suspend or cancel an eGift Card where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
Technical issues
If you experience any technical issues using your eGift Card, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to resolve it.
