Optase Manuka Oil Eye Gel is a gentle, preservative-free cleaner designed for use on the eyelids, eyelashes, and the surrounding eye area. Helping to remove oily debris and make-up, while also soothing and hydrating the delicate skin. To be used as part of your everyday routine, especially for those who may be suffering from, or prone to dry eyes.
Unlike an eye drop, Optase Manuka Oil gel is for use on the external closed eyelids and lashed before being rinsed away. Not just keeping the eyes feeling fresh, but the surrounding skin too. With skin remaining hydrated for up to 4hrs.
Containing naturally sourced plant-based manuka oil alongside other hydrating and soothing ingredients, which eyelid gel gentle cleanses the skin. Forming a light foam which helps to remove oil residue and debris which can build up on the eyelids and in the eyelashes.
Aqua (water), glycerin, betaine, disodium cocoyl glutamate, panthenol, sodium PCA, decyl glucoside, linseed oil glycereth-8 esters, glyceryl heptanoate, propanediol, sodium cocoyl wheat amino acids, sodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium gluconate, carrageenan, xanthan gum, caprylhydroxamic acid, sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, leptospermum scoparium (manuka) branch/leaf oil, copaifera officinalis (balsam copaiba) resin oil, aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, and lactic acid.
For all ages:
- Wash and dry hands thoroughly before using.
- Place a small amount of gel onto the fingertips.
- Gentle massage the gel over closed eyelids, and lashes.
- Cleanser should foam gently.
- Rinse the eyelids and eyelashes with warm water.
For external use only.
Precautions
- Suitable for use in all ages, though young children may need help applying.
- Do not use if you have an allergy or are sensitive to any ingredients.
- Do not use directly inside the eye.
Storage
- Store below 30°C.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
- Use within six months of first opening.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Uncommon side effects can include:
- Redness, itching or irritation. If this occurs, stop using the product and speak to a GP or pharmacist.
- Allergic reaction such as sudden rash or swelling of the face and lips. If this occurs, stop using and seek urgent medical attention.
