CanesMeno Night is a daily supplement which has been specifically created to support those during menopause and perimenopause who may be experiencing symptoms of imbalanced and disrupted sleep. Combining Ashwagandha and vitamin B6 to provide targeted support for sleep and hormone balance.
Menopause can often bring changed to sleep patterns and overall wellbeing. CanesMeno Night supplements have been developed with this in mind, supporting you through this change, supporting a restful nights sleep as part of your healthy lifestyle. Reducing symptoms of tiredness and fatigue during the day and helping you feel better in the day as well as at night.
Ashwagandha root extract, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, hops (humulus lupulus) extract, colour (calcium carbonate), stabiliser (isomalt), gelling agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), medium chain triglycerides.
For adults aged 18 and over:
- Take one tablet daily in the evening with water.
For oral use only. Do not exceed one tablet in a 24hr period.
Precautions
- Suitable for adults aged 18 and over.
- Not suitable if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not take if you have a history of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or thyroid disorders.
- CanesMeno Night may affect your ability to drive due to the hops extract. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product.
Storage
- Store below 25°C.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Common side effects can include:
- Nausea
- Drowsiness
- Headache
Uncommon side effects can include:
- Dizziness
- Gastrointestinal irritation
- Allergic reactions such as swelling or a sudden rash. If an allergic reaction occurs stop using and seek medical attention.
