CanesMeno Hydration and Comfort Gel is a specifically designed hormone-free vaginal moisturiser which has been formulated to relieve symptoms of vaginal dryness and discomfort associated with menopause and perimenopause. This hydrates the vaginal tissue reducing irritation, burning, and itching, all supporting the natural healing of the vagina.
While also maintaining the natural pH balance in the vagina, promoting ongoing vaginal health and comfort. Suitable for daily use, CanesMeno can be used alone or alongside Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), helping women manage their intimate menopausal symptoms without added hormones.
Ectoin, hydroxyethylcellulose, lactic acid, sodium lactate, sodium benzoate, propylene glycol, and water.
For adults over the age of 18:
Without the applicator:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
- Using a fingertip, apply a sufficient amount of gel to the external vaginal area and/or inside of the vagina.
With the applicator:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
- Hold the tube upright, pointing the tip up, and open it.
- Fix the applicator to the tip of the tube.
- Squeeze the tube carefully until the applicator is filled with gel and the plunger stops.
- Remove the applicator and close the tube.
- Lie in a comfortable position and carefully insert the applicator into the vagina.
- Press the applicator gently until it stops and all the gel is released.
- Remove and clean the applicator.
For vaginal and external use only.
Precautions
- Suitable for adults aged 18 and over.
- Suitable for internal and external use on the vagina only.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product.
- This product can be used alongside Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
- Not suitable if you have recently had vaginal trauma or vaginal surgery.
- Do not use if you have any vaginal infection (such as thrush or bacterial vaginosis).
- Each tube and applicator should be only used by one person.
Storage
- Store below 25°C.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Once opened, use within 3 months.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Common side effects can include:
- Mild stinging after application
- Local itching
Uncommon side effects can include:
- Increased irritation or discomfort.
- Allergic reactions such as redness, swelling, or a rash. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using immediately and seek medical attention.
