Bio-Kult Intimate Flora Capsules are a daily supplement designed to support women’s gut and intimate health. They help maintain a healthy balance of friendly bacteria, which is important for digestion, immunity, and overall wellbeing. Each capsule contains 2.5 billion live bacteria from 7 carefully selected strains. These are designed to survive the stomach and reach the gut, where they can support both digestive health and the vaginal microbiome. The formula also includes vitamins B6, D, and E. Vitamin B6 helps support hormone balance, while vitamin D contributes to normal immune function, making this a simple and well-rounded supplement for everyday use.

Trimagnesium dicitrate, live bacterial strains (milk, soya), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin E (vitamin E acetate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Adults and children over 12 years:

• Take 1 capsule a day with food.
