The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway runs from 13 December 2025 to 24 December 2025. To enter any daily prize draw, participants must subscribe The Family Chemist mailing list via thefamilychemist.co.uk to receive 12 Days of Christmas email during the promotional period, UK entrants only. Participants need to open the email and click the button to enter each prize draw, which is valid for that day only. A new email will be sent each day, for each prize. Where the daily offer is a discount code, no prize draw will take place on that day.

Winners will be selected at random and announced via The Family Chemist Instagram account the following day. The Family Chemist will contact winners directly to arrange delivery of their prize within 30 days. If a winner informs us of an allergy or a medical condition that makes the prize unsuitable, we may modify the prize with an appropriate alternative of similar value.

Discount codes (where offered) are valid for one day only. A minimum spend or product-specific criteria may apply. Discount codes are single use and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Each day we will send an email revealing the prize for that day. To enter, click the button on the email.
