Histallay tablets are a film coated tablet containing 120mg of fexofenadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of hay fever and allergies. Symptoms can include watery or itchy eyes, sneezing, and a runny or blocked nose.
Taking effect in as little at one hour and providing lasting relief for up to 24hrs, so you can enjoy your summer day sneeze-free.
Active ingredients
Fexofenadine 120mg
Other ingredients
Cellulose, mannitol (E421), maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400, allura red AC lake (FD&C Red #40) (E129), and iron oxide, and black (E172).
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take one tablet once a day.
For oral use only. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24hr period.
Precautions
- Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old.
- Do not take if you have an allergy to fexofenadine or any other ingredients.
- Tablets may cause drowsiness, do not drive if unfamiliar with tablets effect on you.
- Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not take if you have a history of liver or kidney problems.
- Avoid taking fexofenadine with any indigestion treatment as it can affect absorption.
Storage
- Store below 25°C.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Common side effects can include:
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Feeling sick (nausea)
- Dizziness
Uncommon side effects can include:
- Difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
- Sleeping disorders (such as bad dreams)
- Nervousness
- Diarrhoea
