Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid, Cellulose Gum, Carbomer, PVP, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Menthol.

For adults over the age of 18:

• Brush teeth before use and remove strips from packet.
• Dry lower teeth. Align lower strip with gum line and fold strip over to the back of the bottom teeth.
• Repeat application with upper strip, remembering to dry top teeth before applying strip.
• Ensure both upper and lower strips are in good contact with teeth in all places.
• Leave in place for 30 minutes. Avoid eating and drinking during this time. Spit out excess saliva.
• Remove and discard strips. Brush teeth to remove any left over gel.
• Repeat process once a day for 7 days.
