Each tampon features a smooth plastic applicator with a rounded tip to help make insertion comfortable and simple. The applicator is designed to help guide the tampon into place easily, supporting a more convenient experience during your period. The tampon contains absorption channels that help draw fluid into the core, helping you stay dry and protected. A protective skirt expands to help reduce the risk of leaks, giving you added confidence throughout the day. Tampax Compak Super tampons have been gynaecologically tested and independently checked for harmful substances. They are designed to offer reliable protection, comfort, and discretion during your period.

Usage

For Application:

Remove the tampon from its wrapper and gently pull the inner tube of the applicator until it clicks into place.
Hold the applicator at the grip area and carefully insert the rounded tip into the vagina.
Push the inner tube to release the tampon.
Then remove the applicator and dispose of it in a bin.
Change your tampon regularly, every 4 to 8 hours.

Precautions

Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
Do not wear a tampon for more than 8 hours.
Ensure the tampon is not causing discomfort.
Read the leaflet inside the pack before use, especially the advice about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
