For Application:

• Remove the tampon from its wrapper and gently pull the inner tube of the applicator until it clicks into place.
• Hold the applicator at the grip area and carefully insert the rounded tip into the vagina.
• Push the inner tube to release the tampon.
• Then remove the applicator and dispose of it in a bin.
• Change your tampon regularly, every 4 to 8 hours.

Precautions

• Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
• Do not wear a tampon for more than 8 hours.
• Ensure the tampon is not causing discomfort.
