Sudafed Pressure and Pain tablets, a dual combination medicine, help when you have a blocked nose and a sore head or face from a cold or sinus problem. They contain two ingredients: one is a decongestant which helps open up your nose so you can breathe more easily, and the other is a painkiller which helps reduce pain, headaches, and fever.
