Sterimar Breathe Easy Nasal Spray (50ml & 100ml)

Sterimar Nasal Spray uses purified sea water with the same salt concentration as the body to rinse and hydrate the nasal passages. This helps flush out allergens, pollutants and mucus, soothe dryness and irritation, and support the natural function of the nasal lining making breathing feel more comfortable without the use of medicine or drugs. Sea water, rich in minerals, salts, and marine trace elements, Sterimar is quick to combat symptoms of a blocked nose and congestion. 

Active ingredient

Hypertonic 100% sea water

Other Ingredients

Copper, eucalyptus.

Adults and children aged 3 years and over:

• Blow your nose.
• Hold the can at any angle and insert the tip just inside a nostril.
• Spray two doses up the nose, and let any excess solution drain out naturally.
• Gently blow the nose afterward if possible.
• Repeat in the other nostril and clean the nozzle with warm soapy water after use.

Do not use more than six times in a 24hr period. For use in the nose only.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 3 years old. 
• If you are allergic to sea water or any component of the spray, do not use it.
• The container is pressurised, do not expose to heat, pierce, or incinerate, even when empty.
• If symptoms persist, worsen, or you have had recent nasal surgery or injury, consult a pharmacist or doctor.

Storage

Store below 25°C.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not freeze.

Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use.

Store out of sight and reach of children.

Common side effects may include:

• Mild nasal irritation 
• Temporary stinging or tingling sensation in the nose 
• Sneezing immediately after use 
• Increased nasal discharge shortly after spraying 

Uncommon side effects may include:

• Persistent nasal discomfort 
• Worsening irritation of the nasal lining 
• Allergic reaction in people sensitive to sea water or natural marine elements
