Paracetamol 250mg/5ml Oral Suspension (80ml)

This medicine contains paracetamol, which acts to relieve mild to moderate pain including toothache, headache, earache, sore throat and other pains. It can also be used to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu and to reduce fever. 

Active Ingredient

Paracetamol 250mg/5ml

Other Ingredients

Hydrogenated glucose syrup E965, ethanol, strawberry flavouring.

Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use.

For children aged 6 – 8 years old:

• Give one 5ml (250mg) dose four times a day.

8 – 10 years:

• Give one 7.5ml (375mg) dose up to four times a day.

10 – 12 years:

• Give one 10ml (500mg) dose up to 4 times a day.

12 – 16 years:

• Give one 10ml to 15ml (500mg – 750mg) dose up to 4 times a day.

Adults and children over 16 years old:

• Give 10 ml to 20 ml (500mg – 1g) up to 4 times a day.

After use replace the cap on the top of the bottle tightly. Use the syringe or spoon for easy administration of medication. Always wash the syringe or spoon in warm water and allow to dry after each use. For oral use only.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• Do not give anything else containing paracetamol while giving this medicine.
• Do not give if allergic to or has ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients in this medicine.  
• Do not give this medication if your child has severe liver or kidney problems. 

Storage

Store below 25°C.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
