ORS Lemon Electrolyte Tablets

ORS Lemon Electrolyte Tablets are designed to support everyday hydration in a simple and refreshing way. Just dissolve a tablet in water to create a light, citrus-flavoured drink that helps keep you hydrated throughout the day. The carefully balanced formula contains essential electrolytes and minerals that help replenish fluids lost through daily activities. As a result, your body can absorb water more effectively and stay hydrated for longer. In addition, these effervescent tablets are low in calories, gluten free, and suitable for a vegan lifestyle. Developed by pharmacists, they provide a reliable and convenient solution for daily hydration.

Dextrose (Glucose), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Maize Starch, Sweetener (Sucralose), Riboflavin.

For the solution:

• Dissolve two tablets per 200mlof water to make up the electrolyte solution.

Adults over the age of 18:

• Drink 200ml of mixed solution for rapid hydration.

Children over 6 years:

• 200ml of mixed solution when required.

Children aged 3-6 years:

• 10ml solution per kg body weight

Precautions

• Suitable for children over 3 years.
• Preprepared O.R.S can last up to 8 hours at room temperature or 24 hours if refrigerated.
• Always consult your GP if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing conditions like high blood pressure.
• Each tablet contains 1.6g glucose.

Storage

• Store below 25°C.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
