Each tablet contains 3000 ALU of lactase, an enzyme that helps break down lactose in milk and dairy products, making them easier to digest and reducing discomfort. With a pleasant raspberry flavour, these tablets are easy to take before or with dairy, whether at home or on the go. They are formulated to work effectively in the stomach and are free from gluten, yeast and artificial flavours, making them suitable for a range of dietary needs. Milkaid offers a simple and convenient way to enjoy dairy as part of a balanced diet without digestive issues.
