Lemsip Max Night & Day Capsules provide fast relief from cold and flu symptoms. The Day capsule helps reduce fever, headache, aches, and nasal congestion, while the Night capsule eases symptoms and supports restful sleep, offering 24-hr relief. This convenient Day & Night formula helps you manage symptoms and feel more comfortable throughout the day and night.

Active Ingredients (Red and Yellow Day Capsule)

Paracetamol 500mg, caffeine 25mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg

Other Ingredients (Red and Yellow Day Capsule)

Starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium lauril sulfate, magnesium stearate, sterilised talc, gelatine, titanium dioxide (E171), patent blue V (E131), erythrosine (E127) shellac, quinoline yellow (E104).

Paracetamol 500mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg

Other Ingredients (Red and Blue Night Capsule)

Starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium lauril sulfate, magnesium stearate, sterilised talc, gelatine, titanium dioxide (E171), patent blue V (E131), erythrosine (E127) shellac.

Adults and children aged 16 and over:

For oral use only.

• Day capsules: Take one or two capsules every 4 – 6hrs as needed.
• Night capsules: Take one or two capsules at night.

Do not take more than six Day capsules in a 24hr period. Do not take more than eight Day and Night capsules in a 24hr period. For oral use only.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 16 years old. 
• Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredients, have severe heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days.
• Avoid alcohol while taking nigh time capsules, as drowsiness may increase.

Storage

Store below 25°C.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Common side effects can include:

• Nausea, upset stomach or vomiting
• Headache or dizziness
• Trouble sleeping, restlessness or nervousness (due to caffeine in Day capsules)
• Increased heart rate or palpitations

Uncommon or rare side effects can include:

• Skin rash or itching
• Increased blood pressure
• Anxiety or tremor
• Difficulty passing urine
