Kalms Rhodiola (20 Tablets)

Kalms Rhodiola tablets are a traditional herbal medicinal product used to help relieve fatigue and exhaustion associated with stress. They contain an extract from the root of the Rhodiola rosea plant, a herb that has been used for many years to support the body during periods of mental and physical strain. Rhodiola is commonly described as an adaptogenic herb. Adaptogens are natural substances believed to help the body respond better to stress and maintain balance during demanding or busy periods. This may help reduce feelings of tiredness, low energy, and mental fatigue that can occur when stress builds up.

Active Ingredient

200 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Rhodiola rosea L. rhizome and root (1.5–5:1) (VVS® 1375) (equivalent to 300–1000 mg of Rhodiola).
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% m/m.

Other Ingredient

Adults over the age of 18:

• Take 1 tablet twice daily, one before breakfast and one before lunch.
• Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water, 30 minutes before food.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under the age of 18.
• Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the Patient Information Leaflet.
• Do not take more than 2 tablets in a day.
• Do not take more than the leaflet tells you to.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose, just take the next dose when it’s due.
• As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the tablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks.
• Kalms Rhodiola is not for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
• Kalms Rhodiola may make you feel sleepy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or operate machines.
• The sedative effects of this medicine may be increased by alcohol. Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
• Do not take this medicine if you are already taking a medicine that makes you sleepy or another medicine for stress or anxiety.

Storage

• Store below 25oC.  
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.  
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
