Kalms Night is a traditional herbal remedy designed to help support a calm and restful night’s sleep. It contains valerian root extract, a natural ingredient that has been used for many years to help ease restlessness and promote better sleep. Valerian works by gently helping the body relax, which can make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Unlike some sleep aids, it is traditionally used to support sleep without leaving you feeling groggy the next day. Kalms Night may be helpful for people who experience mild sleep disturbances or occasional restlessness at bedtime. By encouraging relaxation before sleep, it can help you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
