Kalms Lavender One-A-Day Capsules (14 Capsules)

Active Ingredients

80mg of oil from flowering tops of Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia Miller, Aetheroleum)

Other Ingredients

Adults over the age of 18:

• Take one capsule daily.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water or other liquid.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under the age of 18.
• Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the Patient Information Leaflet.
• Do not take more than 2 tablets in a day.
• Do not take more than the leaflet tells you to.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose, just take the next dose when it’s due.
• As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the tablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks.
• Kalms Lavender is not for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
• Kalms Lavender may make you feel sleepy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or operate machines.
• The sedative effects of this medicine may be increased by alcohol. Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
• Do not take this medicine if you are already taking a medicine that makes you sleepy or another medicine for stress or anxiety.

Storage

• Store below 25oC.  
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.  
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.

• Belching or burping
• Allergic reactions
