Hypromellose 0.3% Eye Drops are used to relieve dry, irritated, or tired eyes by providing soothing lubrication. They are contact lens friendly and help maintain moisture on the surface of the eye, reducing discomfort caused by dryness.

Active Ingredients

Hypromellose 0.3%

Other Ingredients

Polyhexanide 0.0001% in a borate buffered solution.

Adults and children of all ages:

  • Wash hands before use
  • Gently squeeze one or two drops into each eye and blink two or three times
  • Use as often as required

For external use in the eye only.

Precautions
  • Suitable for all ages. Younger children should use under adult supervision and with aid.
  • Do not use at the same time as other eye preparations.
  • Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.
  • Do not use if the solution becomes discoloured or cloudy.
  • Seek medical advice if eye pain, vision changes, or persistent irritation occurs.

 

Storage

Store upright between 5°C – 30°C.

Once opened, discard after 90 days.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Common side effects can include:
  • Mild stinging or burning on application
  • Temporary blurred vision
Uncommon or rare side effects can include:
  • Allergic reactions such as redness, itching, or swelling

Stop using and seek medical advice if serious eye reactions occur.
