FloradixIron and Vitamin Tablets provide iron along with a blend of vitamins to help support energy levels and reduce tiredness and fatigue. The tablets contain iron from ferrous gluconate, a form that the body can absorb well, together with vitamins B2, B6, B12, vitamin C, niacin, and folic acid. These nutrients work together to support normal energy release, red blood cell formation, and haemoglobin production. Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron more effectively, while folic acid supports normal tissue growth during pregnancy. Floradix Tablets also include extracts of selected herbs and rosehip. They are free from lactose and gluten and are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. The tablets may be particularly helpful for people who may need additional iron support, including women, those planning a pregnancy, expectant or breastfeeding mothers, growing children, older adults, and people with active lifestyles.
