Flarin 200mg capsules are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) capsules containing ibuprofen, used for the relief of pain, inflammation and swelling. They’re used to help treat muscle pain, joint pain, backache, rheumatic or arthritic discomfort, neuralgia, headache, dental pain, period pain and cold/flu symptoms. They use a soft gel capsule formulation that helps the ibuprofen be absorbed in the small intestine and may be gentler on the stomach than some other ibuprofen forms.

Ibuprofen 200mg

 

Other Ingredients

Sorbitol (E420) and may contain trace amounts of soya lecithin (E322).

Adults and children over the age of 12 years:

  • Take one or two capsules with water, up to three times daily as required.
  • Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Do not take more than six capsules in a 24hr period.

Precautions
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
  • Do not take if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding.
  • Not suitable if you have or have had asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, liver, kidney, or bowel problems.
  • Do not chew capsules.
  • No suitable for those with a history or stroke or heart attack.
  • Do not take with any other NSAID painkillers such as diclofenac or aspirin.
  • Do not take if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredients.
  • Do not take if you have or have had a stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding.
Storage

Store below 25°C.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
