Feminax Express 342mg Tablets (16)

Feminax Express 342mg tablets are an effective painkiller used to provide fast relief from period pain and associated symptoms including:

• Cramps 
• Muscular pain 
• Backache 
• Headache 

The active ingredient in Feminax is ibuprofen lysine, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by reducing the production of pain-causing chemicals in your body reducing inflammation and pain. This lysine form can be absorbed into the bloodstream faster than some other ibuprofen tablets, helping with quicker pain relief.

Active Ingredients

Ibuprofen lysine 342mg

Other Ingredients

Crospovidone, copovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, opadry II white (contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide E171, macrogol and talc).

Adults and children over 12 years old:

1. Take one or two tablets initially with water.
2. If necessary, take one or two further tablets every four hours.

So not take more than six tablets in a 24hr period. For oral use only.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Take the lowest affective does needed to relieve your symptoms, as this product is intended for short term use only. 
• Do not take tablets for longer than 10 days.
• Do not take if you have or have had a stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding of the stomach.
• Do not take if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredients in the product.
• Do not take with any other NSAID painkillers.
• Do not take if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding. 
• Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you have an underlying medical condition, or are taking any other medication. 

Storage

Store below 30°C.

Store in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

• Stomach pain or discomfort
• Indigestion or heartburn
• Nausea
• Headache

Uncommon side effects may include:

• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea or constipation
• Bloating or win
• Skin rash or itching
