Enterosgel is an oral suspension that is absorbed in the intestine used to treat acute diarrhoea and to help manage symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea (IBS-D). It works in the digestive tract by binding toxins, bacteria, and harmful substances, which are then removed naturally from the body. Enterosgel is not absorbed into the bloodstream and supports gut health during digestive upset.
