Difflam Lemon Lozenges 3mg provide targeted relief for sore throat pain and irritation. They contain benzydamine hydrochloride, an anti inflammatory ingredient that helps reduce discomfort and soothe the lining of the mouth and throat. The lozenges slowly dissolve to deliver lasting relief while the fresh lemon flavour leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. Ideal for use on the go, they offer convenient and effective support when your throat feels sore, dry, or irritated.

Benzydamine Hydrochloride 3mg
Other Ingredients
Children aged 6-11 years:
- Suck one lozenge 3 times a day.
Adults and children over 12 years :
- Suck one lozenge 3 times a day.
Precautions
- Not suitable for children under 6 years.
- Do not use lozenges for more than 7 consecutive days.
- Do not take more than the recommended dose.
- Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
- Do not chew the lozenge or swallow it whole.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Storage
- Keep out of sight and reach of young children.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Store below 25°C.
Uncommon side effects can include:
- Skin sensitivity to sunlight (causing a rash or sunburn)
Rare side effects can include:
- Burning sensation for dryness of mouth
- Allergic reaction (can appear as a rash or itching of whole body)
