Chloralieve 0.6mg/1.2mg/2mg Throat Lozenges (24)

Chloralieve lozenges are created for sore throat relief. Providing soothing localised comfort for irritation and pain in the throat. Lozenges are suitable for treatment of sore throat caused by dryness, inflammation, or minor illness such as cold and flu.  

Active Ingredients 

Lidocaine hydrochloride 2mg, 0.6mg amylmetacresol, 1.2mg 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol. 

Other Ingredients 

Levomenthol, sodium saccharin (E-954), sucrose, liquid glucose, black PN (E-151), cochineal red (E-124), citric acid monohydrate (E-330), blackcurrant flavour. 

Adults and children under 12 years old: 

• Suck one lozenge orally every two to three hours.  

Do not exceed eight lozenges in 24hrs. For oral use only.

Precautions 

• Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old.  
• Do not chew or swallow whole. 
• Do not use if you are pregnancy or breastfeeding.  
• Do not take if you are allergic to lidocaine or any other ingredients. 

Storage

Store below 30°C. 

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.  

Common side effects can include: 

• Mild throat or mouth irritation 
• Temporary change in taste 
• Slight burning or tingling 
• Dry mouth 

Uncommon side effects can include: 

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching) 
• Increased sore throat irritation 
• Hoarseness or voice change 
• Temporary numbing
