Calamine Lotion (200ml)

Calamine lotion is a topical treatment used to soothe and relieve itching, irritation, and discomfort caused by minor skin conditions such as insect bites, sunburn, chickenpox, and rashes. It contains calamine and zinc oxide, which work together to protect the skin, reduce irritation, and provide a cooling, soothing effect. The lotion forms a light protective layer on the skin, helping to calm itching and discomfort. 

Active Ingredients

Calamine 15%, zinc oxide 5%

Other Ingredients

Bentonite (E558), sodium citrate (E331), phenol, glycerol (E422), purified water.

For adults and children of all ages:

• Use after cleansing the skin.  
• Apply using a cotton wool to the affected area 2–3 times daily or as needed.  
• Gently rub in area and allow to dry.  

For external use only.

Precautions

• Suitable for all ages. For younger children, use under adult supervision.
• Do not apply to broken or infected skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
• Do not use if allergic to calamine, zinc oxide, or any other ingredients.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist, worsen, or if a rash spreads.

Storage

Store below 25°C.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Do not freeze.

Keep the bottle tightly closed.

Common side effects can include:

• Mild skin irritation or dryness at the application site
• Slight stinging or burning sensation on application

Uncommon or rare side effects can include:

• Itching or rash
• Allergic reactions such as redness, swelling, or worsening irritation
