Aspirin 300mg Tablets 300mg (32)

Aspirin 300mg Tablets contain acetylsalicylic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) painkiller and fever reliever used to treat mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothache, period pain, muscular aches, and to reduce fever. Aspirin works by blocking the production of prostaglandins; natural substances that cause pain, inflammation, and fever in the body.

Lactose, potato starch, talc

Adults and children over 16 years old:

• Take one or two tablets every four to six hours.

Do not take more than eight tablets in a 24hr period.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 16 years old.
• Do not take if you are allergic to aspirin, other NSAIDs, or any other ingredients.
• Avoid use if you have stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, severe kidney or liver disease.
• Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Take with food to avoid any stomach upset.

Storage

Store below 25ºC.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Common side effects can include:

• Stomach upset
• Nausea
• Heartburn

Uncommon side effects can include:

• Mild bleeding from gums or nose. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe side effects or allergic reactions develop.
