As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the progress we’ve made as a business and the milestones we’ve reached over the past 12 months.

Our 2025 Highlights
- Team growth: We welcomed 35 new colleagues this year, with 27 continuing to help drive our growth and patient care forward.
- New premises: We successfully relocated to a larger site, giving us greater operational capacity and an improved experience for patients.
- Royal Mail Conference: Invited to feature at the Royal Mail Conference, recognising our growth and strong partnership.
- Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club partnership: We became an official partner at Trent Bridge, strengthening our presence in the local community.
- Media coverage: Featured twice in West Bridgford Wire and interviewed on BBC Radio Nottingham and BBC East Midlands, reinforcing our position as a trusted, family-run pharmacy.
- NHS contract secured: A major milestone that strengthens our clinical offering and the trust placed in us.
- Community impact:
- Sponsored a local school running track to support children’s health and wellbeing attended by Paralympian Richard Whitehead MBE.
- Took part in a charity breast cancer run to raise awareness and support vital causes.
- Delivered a Community Health Day at David Lloyd, offering free health checks and speaking directly with local residents.
- Regulatory excellence: Successfully passed our GPhC audit, demonstrating our continued commitment to safety, quality and high clinical standards.
It’s been a year of growth, partnerships and deeper community connections, but at the heart of it all remains our simple purpose: providing accessible and affordable healthcare for all.
