Hezkue (Sildenafil) Spray

Hezkue Spray contains Sildenafil Citrate, a phosphodiesterase‑5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis when sexually aroused by relaxing smooth muscle and widening blood vessels. It requires sexual stimulation to be effective.

• Shake the bottle well and prepare the pump (initial priming sprays are discarded).

• Pump the prescribed number of doses (e.g. 1 pump = 12.5mg, 4 pumps = 50mg, up to 8 pumps = 100 mg). The recommended dose is 4 pumps (50mg). 

• Spray onto the tongue and swallow immediately.

• Use once per day.

• Do not exceed 100 mg in 24 hours

Patients with any of the following should not use Hezkue:

  • Taking nitrate medications (e.g. nitroglycerin) or nitric oxide donors (“poppers”).
  • Have a condition that might result in a long-lasting erection or a condition such as sickle cell anaemia or trait, thrombocythemia, polycythemia, multiple myeloma, or leukaemia.
  • Have a deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie’s Disease).
  • Are prone to a venous thrombosis (blood clots).
  • Have hyperviscosity syndrome which could result in a long-lasting erection.
  • Have been told not to have sex for health reasons such as heart problems or a recent stroke.
  • If you do not suffer from erectile dysfunction. 
  • Are under the age of 18. 
  • Are female.

Hezkue Spray is generally well tolerated, but some side effects may occur. Common effects are typically mild and short‑lived.

• Flushing (warmth or redness of face/body)
