Cetirizine 10mg Tablets (14 & 30)

Cetirizine dihydrochloride is a highly effective, second-generation antihistamine available over the counter for the rapid relief of allergy symptoms, including hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), perennial allergies (such as pet dander or dust mites), and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives). Unlike first-generation antihistamines, Cetirizine is designed to minimize drowsiness, allowing you to continue with your daily activities without the sedative effects. It works by blocking the histamine in the body that causes allergic reactions, providing relief from runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat.

Active Ingredient

Cetirizine 10mg

Other Ingredients

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate and film-coating agents.

Children aged 6 – 11 years old:

• Take half of one tablet twice daily.

Adults and children over 12 years old:

• Take one tablet daily.

For oral use only.

Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• Do not take if allergic to cetirizine or any other ingredients.
• Do not take with any other antihistamine products, including products for relief of coughs and colds.

Storage

• Store below 25ºC.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Common side effects may include:

• Drowsiness
• Dizziness 

Uncommon side effects may include

• Allergic reactions (skin reactions such as rash or itching)
